Easy Returns & Exchanges

At The Off Grid Store, we fully stand by every product we sell. However, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn’t exactly what you were hoping for.

That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return and Exchange Policy.

Holiday Return & Exchange Extension

To give you extra peace of mind during the holiday season, purchases made between 1 December and 24 December can be returned or exchanged until 30 January of the following year. All other return conditions still apply.

Returns

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

  • All returned items must be in “Like New” condition with no visible signs of wear, and must include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • All returns are handled by post. We do not offer in-store returns or drop-off locations.

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@theoffgridstore.nz with your order number. We’ll provide instructions to help you through the process.

Once your returned items are received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days after we receive your return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving your order (or until 30 January for Christmas holiday purchases).

  • All items for exchange must be in “Like New” condition and include original packaging and accessories.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
