Vehicle-Powered Power for Longer Workdays

The DriveCharge™ Worksite Power Plus system is designed for tradies, contractors, and off-grid workers who need longer runtime for tools and equipment without relying on fuel, generators, or fixed power.

By charging the system while you drive using your vehicle’s alternator, you arrive on site with stored energy ready to run power tools, chargers, lighting, and site equipment — quietly and reliably.

This Plus system builds on the standard Worksite setup by adding extra battery capacity, giving you more usable energy across longer days or higher-demand jobs.

What’s Included

  • EcoFlow DELTA 2 Max Portable Power Station (2400 W continuous)
  • EcoFlow DELTA 2 Max Smart Extra Battery (extended runtime)
  • EcoFlow 800 W Alternator Charger
  • Heavy-duty connection cables

Typical Use Cases

  • Running power tools on remote or mobile worksites
  • Charging tool batteries throughout the day
  • Quiet power for sheds, farms, and off-grid jobs
  • Reducing fuel costs and generator downtime

How Charging Works

While driving, the alternator charger converts vehicle power into stored energy. Many users generate up to ~800 Wh per hour of driving, depending on vehicle type and conditions. This means a one-hour commute or site-to-site drive can significantly recharge the system for the day ahead.

Do I need a generator with this system?

No. The DriveCharge™ Worksite Power Plus system is designed to replace or reduce generator use by charging while you drive and supplying quiet, emission-free power on site.

What tools can this system run?

With 2400 W continuous output, the system can run most corded power tools, battery chargers, lighting, compressors (within surge limits), and site equipment. Runtime increases significantly with the added extra battery.

How is the alternator charger installed?

The EcoFlow alternator charger includes full installation instructions and wiring diagrams. Many mechanically minded customers install it themselves or use a local auto electrician. Auckland-based customers may also access EcoFlow’s installation service (arranged directly with EcoFlow).

Is this system portable?

Yes. All components remain portable and can be removed from the vehicle and used wherever power is needed.

Can I expand this system later?

Yes. Additional EcoFlow Smart Extra Batteries or solar charging options can be added later to further extend runtime and flexibility.

Does this include solar panels?

Solar panels are not included but can be added separately if you want additional charging options while stationary.

Note: Some components such as extension cables may vary in colour or brand and may be shipped separately.
