The Parmco HO-1-2S-2G is a compact 300mm two-burner gas cooktop designed for kitchens where space is at a premium. Its narrow domino format makes it particularly well suited to tiny homes, cabins, baches, off-grid homes and compact kitchens.
With a stainless steel cooking surface, cast-iron trivets, automatic ignition and flame-failure protection, it provides the simplicity and responsive control of gas cooking in a compact footprint.

Flame-failure safety protection shuts off the gas supply if a burner flame is accidentally extinguished.
The HO-1-2S-2G gives you two independently controlled gas burners, allowing you to use different sized pots and cooking temperatures at the same time.
Gas provides immediate heat adjustment and does not place the large electrical load on an off-grid power system that an electric or induction cooktop can require.
For homes already using LPG for hot water or other appliances, a compact gas cooktop can be a particularly practical cooking option.
The narrow 300mm footprint also leaves more valuable bench space available than a traditional 600mm cooktop, making it well suited to smaller kitchens.
The Parmco HO-1-2S-2G can be operated on either Natural Gas or LPG.
An LPG conversion kit is supplied in the box with a new cooktop. The appliance must be correctly converted and commissioned for LPG by a suitably qualified gasfitter at the time of installation.
For Natural Gas installations, the regulator is not supplied with the cooktop. Parmco specifies the optional XHG-REG2 2kPa Natural Gas Regulator.
Gas hoses and connecting pipework are not supplied. These should be selected by your installer to suit the particular gas installation.

Although the cooking heat is provided by gas, the HO-1-2S-2G uses an electrical supply for its automatic ignition system.
This is a very small electrical requirement compared with operating an electric cooktop, making gas an attractive option where available electrical capacity is limited.
The HO-1-2S-2G is a fixed gas appliance and must be installed by a suitably qualified gasfitter in accordance with Parmco's installation instructions and applicable regulations.
If the appliance is being used with LPG, the supplied LPG conversion components must be fitted and the appliance correctly commissioned as part of the installation.
Always check the Parmco installation documentation for cabinetry cut-out dimensions, ventilation, gas connection and required clearances before preparing your benchtop or cabinetry.
